The mistake of starting with the tool
A compelling demo is not yet a capability. The useful question is not what AI can do in the abstract, but which specific task it must solve, with what information and under which criteria.
Design the complete system
A solution needs inputs, rules, review, outputs and a way to learn. The model is one component. Quality also depends on context, integrations and the exact point where a person validates the result.
The first version
A strong pilot focuses on a frequent, bounded and verifiable case. If it removes steps without losing control, there is already a foundation to expand functions and volume.
